Harper and Cain was established in 1982. We are based in Essex and Suffolk with many years experience in all types of domestic and commercial decorating and painting works.
We decorate for private and public sector clients throughout Essex and Suffolk and are committed to delivering first class workmanship. The majority of our business comes from our regular clients, many of whom we have known for over twenty years, or referrals and recommendations. We pride ourselves on consistently delivering a friendly but professional decorating service.
We provide a full range of interior and exterior painting and decorating which include the following:

- Specialist wall coverings, vinyls, fabrics and suedes
- Hand-painted kitchen units and bedroom furniture
- Conservatories
- Repairs and general property maintenance
